Availability:
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items are stocked,
occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock, or
we may sell out earlier than planned.
Order
Processing:
Bags to die for aims to process and despatch all orders within
five to six working days. If after three working days you
have not received confirmation of order processing by email
please contact us.
Deliveries:
If you have not received your order within six working days
of an order confirmation, please use your order number to
view the status of your order here. All our goods are delivered
by Royal
Mail - Special delivery, insured upto £250
Delivery
of goods can only be made to the cardholder's address as held
by the card company.
Security:
Bags to die for payment pages are held on secure servers.
We run the latest secure server software to ensure full encryption
and maximum security for our customers. Only if your credit
card has been authorised will your credit card be debited
accordingly. You will receive confirmation of card payment
and a unique transaction number which you will need for any
correspondence with us.
Saving
your payment details:
If you save your payment details it will make your Checkout
process easier. Once your payment details are entered, your
details will be stored in your account and you will not have
to re-enter them again when you make your next order.
Security
Code?
The card security code is a unique three or four-digit number
printed on your debit/credit card. This number is not embossed
on the card and hence not printed on receipts - making it
difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder, to
know it.
Some
card issuers refer to this number as the 'Card Security Code'
others as the 'personal security code' and others as 'Card
Verification Value'.Some cards, many UK-issued cards for example,
have a three-digit number printed at the top of the signature
strip on the reverse of the card.Others, American Express
cards for example, have a four-digit number printed on the
front of the card, above the account number.
Fraud
Prevention Worldpay / Streamline, in conjunction with your
card-issuer, ask for security code and address information
in order to protect cardholders against misuse of their card.
Returns:
We regret that products purchased through this site can only
be returned to Bags to Die For.
Returning
Faulty Products:
1.
Contact customer services at enquiries@bagstodiefor.com
clearly explaining the fault and stating your original order
number.
2. You will receive a returns number by email
3. Complete the returns form and send to Bags to die for at
the address marked on the returns form. Please use Royal Mail
Special Delivery
4. Should you require a refund, you will receive confirmation
via email upon receipt of the product by us.
The
cost of the product and its return will be credited to your
bank account in cases of refunds or replacement products.
Exchanges:
1.

stating your original order number, the item you wish to exchange,
and the style and size of the product you would like
2. You will receive a returns number by email.
3. Complete the returns form.
4. Send to Bags to Die For at the address on the returns form.
Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery
5. Please note that returning items will be at your expense.
6. The cost of sending you items will be paid by Bags to die
for.
7. Items for exchange must be received by Bags to die for
in the condition in which they were received by you.
Change
of Mind:
If you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods other
than being faulty or for an exchange, Bags to die for will
credit for the value of the goods only. A return of this nature
must be notified to Bags to die for via written form, including
fax or email within seven days of receipt of the goods. You
will be required to return the goods and to meet the cost
of return postage.
To ensure a refund Bags to die for must receive all items
for refund in the condition in which you received them. When
a refund is authorised the amount will be returned within
30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is given.
Please
note, original postage will only be refunded on garments deemed
to be faulty.
